The Workshop will be an Open Crafting Hub

Starting Friday 6th March from what ever time you can manage, between 14:30 – 16:30hrs

We want to be able, to let people interested in crafting, come and use our workshop: For a sound board of ideas you’d like to try/ carry on with a project you have started/ find out how to?/pop in to say hello. Absolutely no pressure, just to enjoy.

Cuppa and a blether too.

1 – 3pm Wednesday 19th February 2020. Islay Quilters Workshop, Islay House Square, Bridgend.

Repeated, 7 – 9pm Thursday 20th February 2020 at the Workshop.

Now is the time to start thinking about next year’s exhibition.! It is only 7 months away . 13th to the 22nd of July2020

Challenges are as follows: –

Quilt. Minimum size 40″ x 40″ Theme Seasons

A4 quilt Open challenge

Fat quarter Challenge . the Chosen fat quarter is available from the Quilt Shop for £1. 90% of the chosen FQ must be used and the remainder attache3d to the finished quilt

Cushion 18 x 18in

The quilters shop will close on Friday 20th December and re-open on Tuesday 21st January on Tuesdays only until Tuesday 31st March , Then we will open as usual, 2pm – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. 11am to 4.30pm on Sauturdays and closed Sunday

Apologies again! Workshops are Thursday7th at 7pm and Wednesday 13th at 1pm. Changes are unavoidable due to illness. Hope to see you at one of the above!
